e.p.i.c. Philosophy
We believe in providing a creative and dynamic programme which promotes the emotional and social, physical, intellectual and creative development of our students.
Students participate in an enriched curriculum that challenges them to be their best and fosters a love of learning.
Students are exposed to a broad range of learning opportunities and experiences which encompass the whole child. In addition to academic learning, we offer a Gym programme, French, music and movement, integrated science and arts, field trips to enhance learning, and drama, to collectively meet the scope of students' needs.
Students are challenged by materials and have opportunity to learn from each other in a carefully organized learning environment.
Students belong to small classroom communities which provide programming opportunities for each child's changing needs.
Students' individual developmental stages are recognized and supported.
Parent participation is encouraged. Parents can participate in many ways such  as a classroom representative or as a member of the parent committee.
Open communication between home and school is essential to the learning process. Regular newsletters, detailed progress reports, parent-teacher conferences, curriculum nights and regular informal chats, all contribute to a positive home-school connection.
