Admission Procedures

How to apply

Please call to arrange a tour of e.p.i.c. School.

Applications will be accepted as of the date of the Open House in October prior to the year for which you are applying.

The application form can be completed online.  Once completed, please print it and sign it.  Submit the application form along with the following:

1.     A non-refundable cheque in the amount of $200.00.

2.     A recent photograph of your child.

3.     A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate.

4.     A copy of your child’s Immunization Record.

5.     Copies of reports.

Acceptance Criteria

e.p.i.c. School's compatibility with your child's needs.

Availability of spaces.

Student's ability to participate in both our structured and unstructured environment in an appropriate way.
Date of application

Students must be:

3 years old before December 31, 2010 to be considered for Pre-Kindergarten,

4 years old before December 31, 2010 to be considered for Junior Kindergarten and

5 years old before December 31, 2010 to be considered for Senior Kindergarten.

Offers of Placement

Offers of placement for 2010/2011 will be sent out in writing starting at the end of November but no later than February 15, 2010. Parents must return a signed acceptance within 4 weeks of the offer. An acceptance fee of $1,000 is required to guarantee the placement. This will be applied to tuition but is non refundable in the event that the child does not attend.
